As we approach the caravan we have been receiving numerous emails about what we have planned for the trip. Here is a list of just some of the things we have planned.

Wednesday 06/25/03
8:00am Leave David's Chevrolet
11:30am Arrive at Community Chevrolet for Lunch
12:300 Leave Community Chevrolet
4:00pm Arrive in St. Clairsville ( CHECK INTO MOTEL )
4:30pm Leave for BOB'S Chevrolet
5:00pm Arrive at BOB'S for dinner
8:00pm Leave for SUNSET CRUISE ( weather permitting )
9:30pm Arrive back at motel
Thursdays 06/26/03
5:00 am to 6:30 am Breakfast and Meeting
7:30 am Leave for Bowling Green
11:30am Stop for lunch ( plans TBA )
12:30pm Leave
3:30 pm Arrive in Cave City check into motel
5:00pm DINNER (CANCELLED MOVED TO SAT. EVENING)
FRIDAY 06/27/03
MORNING several of us will be working at the Corvette assembly plant as tour guides while others havetours planed. NO GROUP plans at this time. Several may plan on attending Nashville Cruize

1:00pm Cruise distination UNKNOWN at this time possibly distillery or other area of interest.
5:00pm OPEN ( DINNER )
6:30pm Possible CORVETTE PARADE sponsored by Cave City Chamber of Comm. Detains TBA later. (PIZZA & POOL PARTY at MOTEL)
Saturday 06/28/03
7:00am Nashville Cruize NO GROUP PLANS at this time everyone is on their own.
5:00pm 40 tickets are available for tour at MAMOUTH CAVES. Located about 20 minutes from the motel.price is $5.00 per person. Tour will last about 1hr. and 30 mins. More details TBA later.
7:00pm Motel management is working on plans for a possible pizza party to be held pool side at the motel.
Sunday 06/29/03
Because of time restrictions several of the group may find it neccessary to return home. Events will be held at the museum through out the day and NO GROUP plans are be made. More cavern tickets MAY be available for a morning tour.
Monday 06/30/03
National Corvette Museum 50th celebration. Others may be leaveing for home.
